Independence Health Fair- April 24

On Saturday, April 24 from 10am-2pm there will a big health fair in Independence, Missouri.  It will be held at the Salvation Army at: 

14700 E Truman Road
(two blocks east of Noland Road)

There will be lots of screenings and resources.  For instance, there will be

(1 )Medicaid applications

(2) Blood pressure, Cholesterol, Glucose, Diabetes tests

(3 Vision Screenings, Diabetes,

(4 )Hands on CPR,

(5) Car seat checks

(6) And much more!
