Applying for Unemployment in Missouri

First, make sure you have the following information:
- Your Social Security Number.
- The name and address (including zip code) of your very last employer (whether you worked full-time or only part-time)
- If you are not a U.S. citizen, your Alien Registration Number
- If you worked outside of Missouri during the past 18 months, the names and complete addresses of all of your employers and the starting and ending date you worked for each
- If you were in the military during the last 18 months, your DD 214 Member 4 Copy
- If you were a federal civilian employee, your Standard Form 8, Notice to Federal Employees About Unemployment
