Getting Your G.E.D in K.C - Kansas

G.E.D

First, take the pre-test

 
In Kansas, everyone has to take a pre-test before they can take the official G.E.D test. The pre-test covers material on the five areas of the G.E.D test: reading, writing, social studies, mathematics, and science. It is not as difficult as the official G.E.D test but preparation is still recommended.
 
Registration is done at the G.E.D testing centers. When you register, you will need a state I.D or driver’s license. The registration fee for the pre-test is $25. Register a week in advance.
